Ingredients
Note: items marked with an asterisk (*) are optional
- 4 lbs crab legs, thawed
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup white wine, dry
- 4 ears of corn*
- 4 red potatoes, quartered and boiled
- 4 smoked sausage, cooked
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Step 2
Line bottom of large pan with onions, garlic, lemon and limes.
Step 3
Layer crab legs
Step 4
In a medium sauce pan melt butter, add Cajun Seasoning and white wine and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Pour butter mixture over crab legs, sprinkle cilantro and add the remaining lemons and lime.
Step 6
Cover tightly with foil and roast for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Remove foil, add cooked potatoes and sausage, baste with liquid and cover. Cook for another 15 minutes and serve.
