Ingredients
Note: items marked with an asterisk (*) are optional
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, halved
- 1.5 lb sweet potatoes, cubed
- 12 ounces smoked sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ALL the THYME Seasoning (see below)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt*
- Balsamic Glaze*
- Goat cheese*
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet
Step 2
Place brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, onions and garlic in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and season. Toss until evenly coated. Pour on to your lined baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes then remove from oven.
Step 3
Add the sausage and bake for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender, remove from oven sprinkle with goat cheese, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.

Make your own Seasoning Blend to make meal prep easier.
ALL the THYME – AP Seasoning
- 1 t. dry thyme
- 1 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried tarragon
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 t. cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1/2 t. pepper
Add to a small jar and store. Yields about 5 Tablespoons.
