3 large ripe peaches — halved and pitted

1/4 cup honey

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk honey, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, lemon juice, and sea salt.
Step 3
Spoon your syrup on top of the peaches, making sure they all get coated and the pitted section is full.
Step 4
Bake peaches uncovered, for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool for 3-5 minutes. Serve with dairy free whipped cream.
